During our Initial Movement and Wellness Screen, we collect vitals, measurements of your metabolism and body composition, and markers of your movement quality, such as posture, strength, and flexibility. We will address your chief complaint with education, manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and self-care techniques.

During follow-up sessions, we continue to address your health concerns and focus on building your Wellness and Movement Program.
