Movement Means Freedom.

Your Pathway to Thrival

At Passage Physical Therapy and Wellness, we bridge functional medicine, movement culture, and integrative health sciences to create personalized wellness plans that help you thrive.

Our Mission

To channel the ability to thrive through movement, self-care, and a nourishing diet.

Wellness and Movement Programs Customized To Your Unique Needs

We review your diet, lifestyle, movement, and medical history to create a customized Wellness and Movement Program.

Why Passage PT and Wellness?

We practice functional medicine

  • All of our physical therapists are trained in functional medicine, which sets us apart from traditional physical therapy practices. We take the time to review your diet, lifestyle habits, movement, and medical history in order to paint a detailed picture of your wellness journey and create a customized Wellness and Movement Program.

We spend more time with you

  • During our first visit, we complete an Initial Wellness and Movement Evaluation to investigate markers of your health and movement quality. This 90-minute session is designed to give us more time to understand your story and address your main health concerns. All follow-up sessions are 1 hour with a licensed physical therapist. We do not use aides or physical therapist assistants.

We offer virtual wellness visits nationwide

  • Our virtual wellness visits bring the same personalized, functional medicine–based approach to anyone in the U.S. These sessions are perfect for those looking to optimize movement, reduce pain, and improve overall wellbeing from the comfort of home. Through video consultations, we assess your movement patterns, lifestyle habits, and health goals to create a customized plan that supports your body’s unique needs—wherever you are.

We are mobile in San Diego

  • Our mobile platform allows us to bring personalized physical therapy and wellness care directly to your home in the San Diego area. This saves you time, reduces stress, and lets us assess your home environment to identify simple changes that can enhance your health and wellbeing.
