We perform a comprehensive wellness and movement evaluation by exploring your lifestyle habits and your body’s structure and function (i.e. body composition, fitness level, posture, range of motion, strength, flexibility, gait, and balance).
We create a personalized wellness and movement program, including self-care practices, home exercises, and targeted food plans, tailored to your health needs and goals.
We perform a comprehensive health and movement screen by exploring your lifestyle habits and your body’s structure and function (i.e. body composition, fitness level, posture, range of motion, strength, flexibility, gait, and balance).
We create a wellness and movement program tailored to your needs. Your program may include self-care practices, a home exercise program, and/or a food plan targeted toward your health and wellness goals.
Our Initial Wellness and Movement Evaluation is designed to gather information about your health and movement quality. In this 1 hour and 30 min session, we collect vitals, measurements of your metabolism and body composition, and markers of your movement quality, such as posture, strength, and flexibility.
